About Speakers:
 
Carl Ringgold – Regional Infrastructure Accelerator (RIA) Program Manager, U.S. DOT Build America Bureau
In his role as RIA Program Manager, he has assisted various entities in developing improved infrastructure priorities and financing strategies for the accelerated development of projects. Before joining the Bureau, Carl was a Program Manager in the Federal Transit Administration’s Office of Program Management where he managed three of FTA’s national technical assistance centers.

Jack Schwab
 – Management Consultant, WSP U.S. Advisory Service
Jack advises on strategy and finance in transportation, real estate, and energy. He has worked extensively with the Virginia DOT on asset management strategies and previously co-authored a study on rooftop solar resilience in Puerto Rico.

Nina Manguiri – Business Development, Gilbane Building Company
Nina is a seasoned A/E/C business development professional with nearly 20 years of experience. At Gilbane, she leverages industry trends, strategic partnerships, and client-focused solutions to drive growth in the construction and infrastructure sector.
